21 months old!

Hodge turned 21 months old today!

It is tuff being a 21 month old. After running, playing, learning new words, jumping, climbing, throwing stuff down, chasing your dog, singing, dancing, and playing some more it wears a little guy out!

Summer is almost here!

We took a quick trip to the lake last weekend and it's starting to look like summer.

20 months old!

Hodge turned 20 months April 5th. What is he up to these days...........

He loves to count, sing songs, ride on tractors, mowers, and golf carts. He is always bringing books to us so we can read to him. He is sleeping really well in his toddler bed but sometime sleeps with us, we don't mind. He is a perfect little boy!!!! We love you Hodge!

Easter Fun 2010!

Practice Easter Egg Hunt!

The weekend before Easter we practiced hunting eggs in our backyard.

THE REAL DEAL!

These eggs have candy in them. Once Hodge figured that out he stopped hunting for eggs and enjoyed the candy. 

Thursday after Hodge's Easter egg hunt cousin Clayton, Uncle Mark and Aunt Mandy came to San Angelo to stay the night with us. We had a great but short visit with them.

Friday afternoon we went to Devine to spend Easter weekend with my parents. Saturday morning Matt and I headed to San Antonio to do a little shopping at La Cantera and enjoyed a nice lunch!

Saturday evening we took Hodge to my parent's ranch to take photos of the beautiful bluebonnets.

Of course a trip to the ranch has to include a tractor ride with Pawpaw. Hodge was not a happy camper when the tractor ride ended.

Sunday Hodge hunted Easter eggs at my mom and dad's house.

Aunt Sondra brought Hodge a gift bag full of Easter goodies.

He loved the goodies from Aunt Sondra!

Hodge was the only kid hunting Easter eggs at my parent's house but he had a lot of spectators. He entertained everyone!

Spring Break!

We went to the lake for a few days during Spring Break! We had a great time and Hodge had fun playing with his cousins. After a few days at the lake we headed down to South Texas to visit my family.

At trip to Devine always includes riding around with Pawpaw in the golf cart. 

Crocs and Lawn Mowers!

 Hodge always likes to try to put his socks and shoes on but I have to help him. This past weekend he figured out he can put his crocs on by himself. He was very proud when he would get them on and walked around the room with a big smile. He did this over and over and over.

 

Hodge also loves riding lawn mowers. When we visit my parents Hodge always has to take a ride on my dad's riding lawn mower. Now Matt has one, this makes Hodge very happy!
