I took Hodge to Story Time at the new public library on Thursday. The new library has only been open for about a month. It is truly a beautiful building with an amazing children's area. Hodge enjoyed the stories and songs during story time then we picked out several books and read a few in the wall cubbyholes. I finally got a library card and checked out seven books for Hodge. I think we will be going back to the library more and more. I need to go back and have lunch at the coffee bar. It looked like they had some great salads and sandwiches. Hodge was excited that we checked out a Thomas the Train book. He also liked the book we found about a baby dragon. I have already read it to him several times. I hope he understands that we have to take the books back after a few weeks.
